			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Conforme noticiado no <a title="Notícia original" href="http://mashable.com/2009/11/25/facebook-marketing-ikeas-genius-use-of-photo-tagging/" target="_blank">Mashable</a>, a IKEA utilizou as &#8216;social media&#8217; de forma exemplar na divulgação da abertura de uma nova loja em Malmo, na Suécia.</p>
<p>A abordagem, de uma simplicidade genial, consistiu na criação de um perfil do gestor da loja no Facebook que, durante um período de duas semanas, foi sendo alimentado com fotos de exposições do catálogo. Posteriormente, através da funcionalidade &#8216;tagging&#8217;, os clientes localizavam os produtos nas fotos e associavam-lhe o seu nome. O incentivo era generoso: o primeiro cliente a etiquetar (tag) um produto, recebia-o como oferta.</p>

<p>Rapidamente, a iniciativa ganhou o efeito viral pretendido e os utilizadores começaram a partilhar links e imagens no Facebook, garantindo a divulgação da abertura da nova loja por milhares de utilizadores. Tudo isto suportado por um investimento insignificante.</p>
<p>Um caso de referência para as marcas na utilização das &#8216;social media&#8217; como poderosa ferramenta de marketing.</p>

<p>Com um investimento total de quase 2 mil milhões de euros, a Internet ocupa agora o primeiro lugar da lista de investimento publicitário &#8211; 23,5% &#8211; seguida da TV com 21,9%.</p>
<p>Na última década, o investimento publicitário online no Reino Unido subiu de 21,6 milhões de euros (1998) para 1,91 mil milhões de euros (2009).</p>

<p>Alcanena, Arganil, Borba, Évora, Lousã, Murça, Ovar, Pombal e Portalegre são as Câmaras Municipais para já abrangidas.</p>
<p>As ocorrências em espaços públicos relativas a iluminação, jardins, veículos abandonados, electrodomésticos danificados, entre outras, podem ser reportadas pelo cidadão às respectivas Câmaras Municipais através deste serviço, no Portal do Cidadão.</p>
<p>Ao texto a reportar as situações verificadas, os cidadãos podem juntar fotografias da ocorrência que clarifiquem melhor o problema comunicado. Todos os relatos são encaminhados para a autarquia seleccionada, que lhe dará conhecimento sobre o processo e eventual resolução do problema.</p>
<p>Esta iniciativa, que integra o Programa Simplex Autárquico 2009/2010, encontra-se em fase piloto, mas espera-se que, em breve, mais municípios adiram à iniciativa, dando ao cidadão um papel mais activo na melhoria dos problemas locais.</p>

<p>O site foi lançado a 25 de Outubro e já tem cerca de uma centena de membros.</p>
